For our clients who prefer to get HELP from the Webmaster, USING THEIR EMAIL inbox, I have programmed a special email Help system. Consider this our Connection whereby we communicate to provide you with assistance. Your eMail Help requires very little discipline to make it work for you. We will set it up for any of our customers who are currently choosing email over the “HelpDesk Ticket Sytem”.
Email HELP works as follows:
You will be sent an exclusive email that will work ONLY FOR YOU FOR REQUESTING ANY ASSISTANCE RELATED TO YOUR SITE. It will come to you via your email. It will not work for any other purpose other than webmaster assistance.
NO USERNAMES & PASSWORDS TO REMEMBER……..
Easy email help service. YOU WILL HAVE ONLY These REQUIREMENTS TO MAKE THIS SYSTEM WORK;
- You must, from the time you receive your exclusive email account, always send request for assistance “TO your exclusive email account”.
- You must Assign a “SUBJECT” and then stay on subject.
- And when “Replying” type reply at top of email above the line “Quoting…….”
